Terms and Conditions of cooperation between the company Transtoke (which is owned by PIERROT Piotr Piasecki), and the Orderer. The terms used in these regulations should be understood as follows:
Online order as well as consignment note, is also treated as an agreement between Transtoke, and the Orderer.
Transtoke provide spedition and transport services, which includes the collection, transport and delivery of the packages in the "Door to Door".
All personal data of Orderer is protected, and will only be shared by passed only with his consent.
Transtoke as a transport - spedition company is ordering other transport companies who guarantee the high quality of their services.
Orders can be made online at www.transtoke.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Before collecting a parcel, courier can request from the Sender to open it, in order to verify that the consignment corresponds to the details stated in the ordering form, and are respectful with Terms and Conditions.
Parcel may be also opened without Orderer attandence, at the request of persons and entities entitled by law.
Fees for services provided by Transtoke is calculated on the basis of weight or cargo area. If the package is not consistent with the details stated in ordering form Transtoke is entitled to add an additional charges for each kilogram exceeded, or cargo space.
Weight of packaging, pallets and securing are included in the total weight of the consignment.
Prices are determined by phone, mail, or in direct contact with the customer.
Upon Orderer request, courier will helps in loading and unloading.
The Sender is fully responsible for the content of the consignment. It is forbidden to send the following items in parcels:
The sender is required to pack the parcel in such a way, that the goods inside the package will not move by itself, and to make sure, that the package will not constitute a direct threat to the other consignments carried by Transtoke.
By signing the delivery note, customer is confirming that parcel is correct and has been delivered intact, without any comments
Transtoke has the right to amend or cancel the service in case of::
Transtoke does NOT take liable for any delays or returns of shipment, if the addressee has changed residence or office address, or in the event that the package was poorly addressed. Customer is required to put the name of the package and the recipient's own details, which must be consistent with the actual data.
If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, it will be returned to the sender at Orderer expense.
Every consignment is insured with Goods in Transit insurance policy, that is already included in the total price.
By ordering a courier, Customer accepting the regulations, price and all other terms previously agreed with Transtoke.
The prices of consignments weighing more than 30kg are set individually with each client,
We are a professional transport motorcycles, scooters, and sports equipment. We have all types of security to be transported on busses, through which the equipment has reached the state, without any damage.

We specialize in transport equipment, Appliances, Electronics, and various kinds of furniture (including antiques). Transported goods are insured with Good in Transit insurance policy.
This is a fixed price irrespective of the wage of parcel, which must not exceed 30kg.
Each package up to 30kg is insured of amount of £100.
Collections and deliveries of parcels from Europe is carried out in office hours (7:00 - 18:00) each day. Consignments are being receive from the client in the "Door to Door" system, which means that they are received, and deliver to the address indicated. Delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. Order must be placed before 15:00 at working day so We can collect it on the following day. All orders placed after 15:00 , or placed at Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, will be move to another working day.
Collections and deliveries of parcels from Poland will be collected even on the same day, it the order is placed before 7.00 in the morning. If the order is placed after 7.00, it will be moved to another working day.

The sum of the base perimeter and the amount of packaging can not exceed 300 cm, where the height is the longest side of the package: up to 300 cm = (2 x length) (2 x width) of the longest side.
In this service We will ship any parcels, with any size and any weight. The actual weight or volume weight is taken into account, the the greater value is chargable, calculated by the formula below.
Each package in Transtoke Premium service is insured of amount of £100.
Consignments are collected from the customer in the "Door to Door" system, which means that once the are collected from address you like, they will be deliver to the indicated address. Delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. Order must be placed before 12:00 at noon at working day, so We can collect it on the following working day. All orders placed after 12:00 at noon, or placed at Friday after 12:00 at noon or Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, will be move by one working day.

Pallets in Transtoke Pallet service will only be collected and delivered from and to business adresses. The service can not be made to or from a private address, including companies located in residential buildings.
If you have set the timezone for collection of pallet, for example, between 2.00PM - 4.00PM, please make sure to fully prepare the goods for the collection before 2:00PM.
Below you will find the correct way to prepare and secure pallets for transportation
Please note that Sender is responsible for filling the transportation note and loading the pallets on the vehicle, and Recipient is responsible for unloading.
Correctly filled consignment note should include:
- Name, address, contact name, phone numbers for sender and for recipient,
- The number of pallets, weight, size and security features
- Other requirements specified in regulations
Changes to the consignment note can only be made by the sender, and only before the pallet is collected, confirming it with company stamp or legible signature on each page of the consignment note. Changes to the address or contact details after pallet is collected, could be only made by contacting us.
Before loading a pallete, please make sure that all documents listed on the consignmnet note are attached, such as invoice or instructions.
Shipment can not contain any signs or labels other than the label on the carriage commissioned for DB Schenker
DB Schenker reserves the right to extend the delivery time and charge additional fee if the pallet does not meet the description of a product, that
was given in ordering form.
If the pallet in Transtoke Pallet service is carried by DB Schenker is not compatible with the declared in the order, person who has ordered a service may be charged with a penalty of up to 300.00 GBP
In Transtoke Pallet service the chargeable value is the bigger value of the actual weight of pallet or it volume weight, whichever is greater
The volume weight formula:
Lenght (A) x Width (B) x Height (C)(in meters) x 250kg
or the actual weigt, whichever is greater
